RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be made trough our office in San José at the phone numbers indicated or by e-mail, will be confirmed only with the pre-payment of the first night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to receive refund for cancellation, it must be notified to us in writing (via fax or e-mail) at least 1 month prior to the Date In and, in all cases, there will be a 10% deduction from the total amount pre-paid to cover related expenses. There will be no refund for cancellations made with less than 3 days prior to the Date In, or for No Show of guests on the reserved Date In. In case of No Show, unless opportune notification, only the pre-paid dates can be guaranteed.

PAYMENTS

Payments from outside of Costa Rica must be made with major credit cards by filling out the reservation request in our web site and following the instructions indicated there. In Costa Rica a deposit can be made:
• Banco Nacional in colones  to Villas del Caribe S.A. account #169805-9.
• HSBC BANK in US Dollars to Villas del Caribe S.A, Account # CMB 121649.
• Banco de Costa Rica in colones to Villas del Caribe S. A, account # 001-0241277-2

A copy of the deposit slip with the bank seal must be faxed to us to confirm the reservation. Payments can also be made in our office in Barrio Amón, West side of Amon Plaza Hotel, San José.
